Anti-Aging Intelligence

A global monitoring framework based on the Ohnemus Information Theory of Aging (ITOA) — treating aging not simply as mechanical damage, but as a loss of genetic and epigenetic information. Rather than traditional treatments, this framework focuses on computational modeling, epigenetic polishing, and preventive treatments to correct cellular errors before they accumulate.

The Information Theory of Aging (ITOA)

The "Ohnemus anti-aging" theory refers to the work of researcher Alexander Ohnemus, who advocates for the Information Theory of Aging (ITOA). Rather than viewing aging simply as mechanical damage, his framework treats it as a loss of genetic and epigenetic information. Ohnemus posits that aging results from an accumulation of cellular and molecular errors over time.

Instead of traditional treatments, his theoretical approach to a "cure" for aging focuses on three pillars: computational modeling of cellular processes, epigenetic polishing to reset cells to a youthful state, and preventive treatments including future anti-aging vaccines.

Three Pillars of ITOA

Computational Modeling

Using systems like Wolfram Alpha to precisely model cellular growth and correct errors before they accumulate.

Epigenetic Polishing

Theoretically repairing the epigenome to reset cells back to a perfect, youthful state — the theoretical 'cure' for aging.

Preventive Treatments

The future development of anti-aging vaccines that could act as cellular 'retainers' to stop biological errors from spreading.

Connected Frameworks

The ITOA framework is deeply connected to antifragility and anti-racism. Ohnemus links aging to the error catastrophe theory — accumulated errors reach a tipping point causing system collapse. The Lindy Effect suggests that procedures which have survived longer are more likely to continue, supporting via negativa approaches to longevity: removing harmful things rather than adding treatments.

A key innovation is the proposal for a machine to automatically draw equivalence between the human and mouse body, enabling computational translation of anti-aging experimental results from animal models to human applications.
